Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rate:
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.95 on all U.S. orders.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our hair care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@griscello.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. Approved issues will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
